Virtual Posing

Here the legs are almost finished - I take care that they're not intersecting each other - else I would have to correct the arms and hands afterwards.

I'll let him "touch" Vickys belly - as a reaction she looks at him ;o). Now only his right arm and hand has to be posed.

Laying Belly Poses

To pose the hand I move the right arm in an approximate postion to lessen the work while posing his hands later. As Mikes whole weight is laying on that hand it has to lay completely (not only the fingertips) on the ground. If possible also his right forearm should carry a bit of his weight.

Here is the completed hand pose - please, take care to stay inside (well, not exactly :o)) the limits. For this pose I reach almost the limit -normally Mikes forearm shouldn't be twisted more then 60°.

I turned his head a bit and moved her arms a bit.

I think - finally this pose is fitting. To intensify the demonic impression I chose a red lighting. And I replaced the RDNA-free "Truss" (it's a great prop but too mighty here) with another clothing item.

And who will be the horseman ? Well - of course M3-Tarzan :o)

At the end of the day I'll explain a combined pose with an animal - it'll be a riding pose.

It's a sad thing that the Poser animals have not been constructed to match the quality of the human figures. This cuts you down during making poses and you are forced to make compromises. Because of that (in the silent hope that someday anyone will do some animals that are more flexible) I won't focus more detailed on posing animals. The only thing I can advise is to use real images of animals as reference and not to pay too much attention on correctly using the dials and keeping in the limits.

Because of that I use a preposed pose of mine for the horse

And who will be the horseman ? Well - of course M3-Tarzan :o)

The starting point is the same as always - all characters are in the middle of a scene.

With the help of the "pulltool" I move Michael 3 on the back of the horse. After that I will rotate his hip (through z-rotate) a bit. Otherwise, Tarzan will loose his balance and we don't want him back to the hospital - or not ? I will decide on that after I pose the legs a bit.

Drawings Twist Poses

As mentioned before I moved the hip a bit more -by posing his leg (posing only one leg is necessary -think of the mirror-option) you should look at the scene from various angles. Here I moved the thigh through the "twist-tool" a bit more in the direction of the horse-abdomen.

The right leg is mirrored and raised a bit afterwards (Simply 'mirroring' the limb would look stupid). Mikes upper body was twisted a bit (a little bit the abdomen a little bit the chest) in the left direction because he will grasp the fur with his left hand.
