Pencil Drawing Violets

This shiny glass pitcher is similar to the measuring jars on page 80. It also came from the ruins of Pompeii. If you look closely, you can see a variety of colors in the lights and darks of the pitcher's curves, though the overall color is a dark blue. There is even some magenta bouncing off objects in the background. I chose a solid black background to intensify the colors of this pitcher. It really helps the round edges stand out.
